The Sun is dark red, the Moon is white, Mercury is green, Venus is white (clear), Mars is bright red, Jupiter is yellow, and Saturn is dark blue. Rahu and Ketu are the eclipse points -- the head and tail of a mythical serpent. Rahu is variegated. Ketu is smoke. The gemstones in each box are representative of Healing Gems' inventory of flawless, natural gems -- how they appear only after being mined and cut. These gems are then ready to be set. Below is a listing of the price ranges per carat for summer 2009 The primary gems should be 2 carats and secondary gems 4 carats. The minimum size for pearl is 5 carats. However, these are rough guidelines. The Vedic Astrologer's gem prescription, the qualiy of the gems and whether they are worn singly or in a grouping influence the carat weight.
